Hi! I love romance novels, bougie charcuterie boards and big, raucous Broadway musicals. But, most of all, I love to watch a person find their voice and step into their power. With extensive knowledge in psychology, integrative healing practices and acting (the general obsession with how and why people do what they do), I’ve become an expert in helping people get in touch with their true feelings and get into the driver’s seat of their lives. 

 

Whether it’s pivoting into a fulfilling career you love, fully stepping into your lead character energy and/or generally being a happier person, it all comes down to the same thing -

 

Do you want life to be driving you?

I was definitely on the first road, in a terrible relationship, physically and mentally very ill and cruising quickly away from my hopes and dreams. Yet, I felt like I had done everything I was supposed to do. I hadn’t lost control? …Had I? What I didn’t realize was that I didn’t even know how to drive. I was a mess of all of my old patterning and habits - behind the wheel of a car with the driving skills of a toddler. Doing things someone else’s way - most of those things to make everyone else feel comfortable. 

 

We aren’t often aware of how we’re sabotaging ourselves, leaving ourselves behind and silencing ourselves in order to keep the peace. Or how all of those things keep us stuck.
